About Freddie Hatch III

Freddie Hatch III is the Co-Founder and CEO of HPacific88, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering sustainable development and delivering humanitarian aid to underserved regions worldwide. With a mission to enhance food security, improve infrastructure, and provide essential medical and dental assistance, HPacific88 is committed to alleviating hunger, supporting orphanages, and addressing the urgent needs of vulnerable populations, including veterans and homeless families.

Freddie brings over 30 years of logistics and supply chain expertise to HPacific88, combining his military, corporate, and nonprofit experience to drive operational excellence. He retired in 2008 after 20 years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he specialized in Aviation Logistics. Following his military career, he expanded into Ground Logistics, working with prominent companies as a contractor. Later, he co-founded PacEast Management Group, LLC, where he serves as CEO, leading global logistics and supply chain initiatives.

Freddie is recognized for his strategic leadership, with a proven ability to analyze complex data, develop sustainable strategies, and optimize logistics and supply chain operations. He is instrumental in building collaborative, ethical, and results-driven teams that align with organizational goals to control costs, eliminate waste, and enhance program efficiency.

Freddie is a Doctor of Strategic Leadership candidate and holds multiple degrees and certifications, including:

  • M.B.A. – University of Maryland Global Campus

  • B.S. in Management Studies with a Minor in Human Resource Management –University of Maryland, Asia
