experience in global supply chain operations, distribution management, and organizational leadership. As Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of HPacific88, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing strategic
initiatives, operational efficiency, and the organization’s outreach programs, ensuring its mission of faith-
driven service reaches communities in need.
In addition to his leadership at HPacific88, Maurice currently serves as a Readiness & Resource Analyst
at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he provides strategic analysis and operational support for military logistics, resource planning, and force readiness. His expertise in process optimization, resource allocation, and humanitarian logistics has been instrumental in supporting global military operations, disaster relief efforts, and community-driven initiatives.
Maurice holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College and multiple certifications in leadership, logistics, and process improvement, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. His background includes spearheading logistics support for international joint exercises, advising senior military officials on strategic deployment, and enhancing supply chain efficiency for mission-critical operations.
